Complete Turnkey LABSA Production Facility

The Riyadh LABSA Plant was delivered as a complete turnkey project, encompassing engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operator training. Situated in the Riyadh Second Industrial City, the facility spans 25,000 m² and serves as a primary LABSA supplier for the Kingdom's detergent manufacturing industry.

The plant features our proprietary gaseous SO₃ falling film sulfonation technology, ensuring consistent product quality with minimal environmental impact. All process controls are managed through an integrated DCS system with full SCADA visibility.
